The Sales Team is Growing!
Your Role: Generate and qualify as many leads as possible for the UK market! Engage, educate, and convince Heads of Talent Acquisition (TA) that AssessFirst is the solution to their problems.
What Does the Job Involve? 👇
• Identify prospects by independently implementing prospecting strategies (using techniques such as cold calling, emailing, social selling, inbound marketing, and events).
• Engage leads to understand their needs and build their Talent Management projects with AssessFirst.
• Arrange qualified meetings for the Account Executives, and support them through to lead conversion.
• Gather leads at HR events.
• Test and suggest prospecting tools: Autonomously search for and test new methods and sales channels.
Your Objectives
• Qualify as many business opportunities as possible to exceed targets.
• Follow up on leads until they convert.
• Enhance AssessFirst’s presence in the market.
Your Future Team
You’ll work closely with the UK team and be supported by the S/BDR Manager Marine, an expert in acquisition, prospecting, and growth.
