Perks & Benefits of full remote work

  • When did wasting/sacrificing time (the most precious resource of all) commuting to be stuck in an office become a sign of confidence or efficiency in the professional world?

    It is possible to work as long as you want in your country of location and up to 3 months abroad per year without changing your contract!

  • In addition to the computer, everyone has access to a catalog of equipment to equip themselves and work comfortably: desk, ergonomic chair, lamp, screen, headphones...

  • Everyone must be able to follow their natural rhythm. You manage your time and are able to do your shopping outside of rush hour, schedule medical appointments, do the school-run, walk the dog... 

  • At AssessFirst, we have made the decision to pay people according to the capital salaries (London, Paris, etc.), regardless of where they work in their country.

    • Every semester, we take 3 days to go work all together in a new place. We quickly realized that these events/seminars were mandatory and super unifying.

    • Each new joiner receives a few days before its arrival (to be well prepared) a precise Onboarding Space with all the information necessary for a good integration over 2 months: program, to do list, documentation...

      But also, a Welcome kit : full of goodies to set up their office and be ready for the D-Day.

      And we also assign a Buddy: a mentor to answer the different questions, facilitate the integration, and help with the adaptation.
